HPPCOOP has launched its Real Estate Loan product where members can borrow up to P3,000,000.00 to help them build their dream house!

Whether it's for a new house or a condo, renovation, construction, or lot only purchase, HPPCOOP aims to help its members. Just like the banks, HPPCOOP makes acquiring these assets lighter for members with real estate loans payable up to 15 years. But unlike the banks, with the Cooperative, members earn back through dividends and partronage refund.

The facility is available to all members in good standing (both Regular and Associate). But since HPPCOOP is new to this type of loan, the Board has only allocated a certain amount of funds for the purpose. Those who cannot be accommodated will be placed on the waiting list. The Board may, however, decide to increase the fund available to members later on depending on our need and financial capacity.

HPPCOOP has opened membership to dependents/family members of Regular and Associate Members so that they too can enjoy the benefits of being part of the Cooperative like savings, earning of dividends, loan facilities as well as other programs we have today and will have in the future.

To join, family members just need to fill-up the online application form and select Company as "Others - Dependent".

HPPCOOP has grown from just P64,000.00 in Assets with just 20 members in 2014 to almost P90M in Assets with more than a thousand members today! A lot of programs are also in line and more will be launched as we grow.

Let's introduce our family to the cooperative so that they can be part of a community helping each other in times of need while at the same time saving for the future!

More power to HPPCOOP!

We're happy to announce that the HPP Vacation Home at Serin in Tagaytay will be re-opening on Saturday, December 4, 2021. But although Tagaytay City is starting to welcome back tourists, please make sure to still follow health protocols.

Please note:

1. Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed. Please make sure to bring your Vaccination Cards.
2. Children are allowed. Just show Vaccination Cards.
3. Reservations made before the lockdown are still valid. If you have reservations from Dec 4, 2021 onwards, you still have those slots.
4. Please just make sure to cancel your reservations if you will be unable to use them to avoid penalty charges and to give chance to others.
5. To save cost, the Internet connection (and Netflix) has been disconnected and will probably remain disconnected until we're sure we're back to normal.
6. The minibar is limited while we're stocking up on supplies.
7. Serin amenities are open. Just coordinate with the admin office.
8. Tagaytay shops, restaurants, and tourist spots are open. Just make sure you bring your vaccination cards.
9. We've opened reservations until 2022 so you can already block your favorite dates (assuming no more lockdowns).
10. Take care and remember to follow safety protocols.
