One of our Board of Directors, Francis Lardizabal, will be leaving HPE and has resigned from the HPPECC Board effective November 25, 2016. Although Francis opted to continue as Associate Member, our Bylaws prohibits him from continuing as a Board Member.

The Board, therefore, appoints Maximilian De Leon as replacement of Francis. As provided for in the Bylaws, Max will serve for the unexpired term of Francis which is until March 2018 or until a successor is named.
