One of our Board of Directors, Aloha Cruz, has left the company effective September 24, 2016. Although she opted to continue as Associate Member, our Bylaws prohibits her from continuing as a Board Member.

The Board, therefore, appoints Joseph Joaquin as replacement of Aloha Cruz. As provided for in the Bylaws, Joseph will serve for the unexpired term of Aloha which is until March 2017 or until a successor is elected by the General Assembly during the next election also scheduled in March 2017.
