HPP Refer-A-Friend Rewards Program

Eligibility

• Open to all active members of HPPCOOP in good standing.
• Referred individuals must be new members who are not yet part of HPPCOOP prior to referral and are currently working in the IT/BPO industry.
• Employees of HPPCOOP are not eligible to participate.

Referral Process

• Existing HPPCOOP members (“REFERRER”) must invite friends and colleagues who are working in the IT/BPO industry using the Refer-A-Friend link on found the HPPCOOP website. Since the promo is exclusive to members, login is required. Just click Refer-A-Friend, enter the email address of your colleague (or team), add a personal message (optional), then click Send.
• Applicant must use the referral link provided by the REFERRER.*
• Referrals will be verified and approved by the Membership Committee.
  
  * IMPORTANT: Make sure your target referrals use the referral link you sent when they apply. Othewise, our system won't be able to tag the referral back to you. Thus, it is suggested that you include a personal message in the Refer-A-Friend page.

Mechanics

• Rewards Structure
  • P1,000.00 Cash Reward – awarded for every 10 successful referrals.
  • Trip to Hong Kong for Two (2) – awarded to members who achieve at least 50 successful referrals within the promo period.
  • Trip to Korea for Two (2) – awarded to members who were able to recruit an IT/BPO company to sign a MOA with HPPCOOP with at least 50 employees joining within the promo period.
    
    
• Release of Rewards
  • Rewards will be released quarterly and credited to member's account. Trips will be awarded based on available schedules. Terms and Conditions apply.
    
    
• Qualification of Referrals
  • A referral is considered successful only when the new member’s application has been approved and their initial share capital and membership fee are fully paid.
  • If the referred member later withdraws before the release of the rewards, that referral will be invalidated.

General Conditions

• Trip Rewards are non-transferable but may be converted to equivalent travel or cash subject to board discretion.
• HPPCOOP reserves the right to verify all referrals and disqualify invalid referrals.
• The program may be revised, suspended, or terminated subject to board approval.

Promotion and Communication

• The promo will be announced through HPPCOOP’s official website, Viber Community, social media, and other internal communications.
• Regular updates on top REFERRERS will be posted regularly for transparency.

Promo Duration:

• Promo duration is from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026

Trip Terms and Conditions

1. The Trip Rewards include the following:
   1. Roundtrip airfare for two (2).
   2. 3D2N Hotel Accommodation for two (2).
   3. Roundtrip airport transfers (Airport to hotel and vice versa).
2. Travel period has validity and may block certain dates (e.g. holidays, peak seasons).
3. Winner must notify HPPCOOP at least 60 days in advance of planned travel and will be subject to availability. Once finalized, rebooking or changes to the schedule will not be allowed.
4. The winners will be notified and announced quarterly.
5. Personal expenses such as meals, excess baggage, and shopping, shall be for the account of the winner.
6. If the winner is unable to pass the immigration process, the entire tour package is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
7. In the event of sudden flight schedule changes by the airline, the winner must follow the airline’s rebooking process/new schedule. Rebooking will only be permitted in cases of natural calamities and force majeure (e.g. war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemics).
8. The reward must be consumed within 365 days from date of notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of HPPCOOP.
9. The winner agrees to allow HPPCOOP to publish their name, photo, and other relevant information on social media and other promotional materials.
10. The Trip Rewards are non-transferable but may be converted to equivalent travel or cash subject to board discretion.
11. Employees of HPPCOOP and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are not eligible to participate.
