We're happy to announce that the HPP Vacation Home at Serin in Tagaytay will be re-opening on Saturday, December 4, 2021. But although Tagaytay City is starting to welcome back tourists, please make sure to still follow health protocols.
Please note:
- Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed. Please make sure to bring your Vaccination Cards.
- Children are allowed. Just show Vaccination Cards.
- Reservations made before the lockdown are still valid. If you have reservations from Dec 4, 2021 onwards, you still have those slots.
- Please just make sure to cancel your reservations if you will be unable to use them to avoid penalty charges and to give chance to others.
- To save cost, the Internet connection (and Netflix) has been disconnected and will probably remain disconnected until we're sure we're back to normal.
- The minibar is limited while we're stocking up on supplies.
- Serin amenities are open. Just coordinate with the admin office.
- Tagaytay shops, restaurants, and tourist spots are open. Just make sure you bring your vaccination cards.
- We've opened reservations until 2022 so you can already block your favorite dates (assuming no more lockdowns).
- Take care and remember to follow safety protocols.
