- Card Validity is up to one (1) year upon activation
- 24/7 TeleConsult: Free unlimited Doctor’s consultation (thru phone) for the one (1) year validity of the card even if the P15,000.00 ER coverage has been used up already.

Option 2: 1CoopHealth Card
The 1CoopHealth Card is an HMO plan especially suitable for relatives who don't have HMO coverage, i.e. parents, siblings, in-laws, cousins, etc.
For as low as P3,600.00 per year, your loved ones can have HMO coverage of up to P60,000.00 per illness per year!
Plans are available for 12 to 75 years of age.
