What they need

Save the Children Philippines is mounting a response in Davao del Sur and North Cotabato, in the areas of:

Education. They set up Temporary Learning Spaces in priority areas; provide teachers with teaching kits; and support them by ensuring coordinated delivery of services among their civil society and government partners.

Child Protection. They make sure that children are protected from physical harm and psychosocial distress. They also ensure that chlidren and their caregivers have access to psychosocial support services.

Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH). They supply afflicted schools with water kits to ensure that children and teachers can access safe water. They also provide children with hygiene kits and promote best practices in hygiene and sanitation to prevent the spread of diseases.
